Construction software
Construction Intelligence
From construction information to coordinated field work.
Construction Intelligence is a DCS-owned product in development for life-safety work in critical facilities. It is being built to organize construction information and prepare reviewed tasks for project systems. Existing document-review and project-preparation workflows within DCS portfolio companies guide validation as we prepare the product for external customers.
Prepare the work with the source close at hand.
Development combines document analysis and computer vision with the practical work of preparing a project: organizing sheets and revisions, understanding relevant symbols, and building tasks with location and source context.
Validation follows existing life-safety workflows within DCS portfolio companies. We are refining how the system handles repeated or overlapping content, flags uncertainty, and supports review before proposed work moves into field tools.

Planned platform integrations
Fieldwire · Procore
Fieldwire and Procore integrations are planned to move reviewed tasks and associated information into the tools teams already use.
Current development focuses on PDFs and CAD-derived content. Native CAD ingestion and external platform connectors remain on the roadmap.
Internal validation
Testing in DCS portfolio companies
Existing business workflows help us evaluate usability, reliability, and fit with day-to-day operations before external testing.
Controlled external rollout
Targeting Q2 2027
A small, controlled rollout to external users is planned, with close feedback before expanding availability.
